Yepppppp....I tried this a while back ....This trend started last October .. I think they are trying to control pps, to get the settlement as low as possible......I don't believe JPMC thinks they can get away with Wamu's BOD's Fraud BK, because most or all of BOD, of wamu are appointed employees of JPM...IMHO

i dont buy that. So you are saying if I, the market, was convinced there was a very good chance the new POR would be denied, and wanted to buy shares, even to bid it up because of my confidence, I just would not find anyone to sell me any? And this is all because of the magic MM control of the market? Face it, the market does not see the upside value play you see, and the current price is so minimal, many of us would just as soon hold it, so the market is solidly in the current range. The Market perception right or wrong is that nothing has changed, but the Lawyers on all sides love your logic.
