Because the Hedgies, JPM and their partners have instructed their buddies to buy up to the 4.5% level and control all these stocks. That is very easy to see.. They artifically bring up the price when they want and get you to sell. They grab the shares and eventually lock this float...

Go try and buy 5000 shares of WAMKQ at the ask and see what happens. I had an order in the other day for 2 hours and it never was filled. MM's are artifically trading this stock to make it look like it is trading, it's not..

It is locked on all 4 series !!!
