You're wrong but if you were right you're saying the CEO uses his personal shares to pay company debt - ok - I have no problem with that. Geeze Spec...come on man.
ps. ceo shares are restricted and can not be sold whenever he wants to and he's limited to how many in certain periods. He put that restriction on himself.
I'm a newbie here so don't flame me for this question. How could he issue 400 million shares to himself when the O/S is 146 million? Is the information on this page outdated? Did the SS change?
