There you go again. I can't tell if there is confusion here or what is causing the misunderstanding and the change of topics.

The issuance of 400 million company shares to himself was not his using "his personal shares to pay company debt" but using company shares to pay him back for an as yet unexplained debt that the company had to him.

The fact is and the point being made is that he has a history of using company shares to pay debt that you keep denying.
