It is of paramount importance that the bankruptcy courts be counted on to protect all rights and
interests.

I think this is the warning shot over the bow....not that the debtors have not introduced an asset list....everybody knows that. As time passes, it is less and less about questioning the debtors as it is rulings based on what is presented (or not)before the court. If this doesn't end soon, it's going to get ugly. All IMO
