Excellent read, thanks for posting.. Shareholders keep the pressure on, send in a letter of support for this request..The fact that is dated Jan 25th, sent fed-ex and not recorded till Feb 14th, means it went to the chambers.. I learned awhile ago how that works, the clerks read the letters, the clerk decides of THJMW should see it, if so, it goes down the hall and eventually makes its way back to the clerk for recording. You can most likely deduce that THJMW has read this request and put out a note to the debtors and EC.
