It appears that the corporate family that you have found is entirely different than the one that we had previously been looking at. Is this a question of confusingly similar names? Or is there something different going on?

Shanghai Dangran Advertisement Co. Ltd is subsidiaries of Shanghai People's Art Publishing Co

It also say it is partner with Apollo

The 3rd paragraph talk about Apollo as it owns great media resource from TV, newspaper, mag., internet, radio, and Shanghai outdoor news mediam. If that is what it is, CCME if get any ad will be from Apollo.

Both companies has limited capital registed. Even as 300k RMB in this Dangran, it claims it has 3 sub-companies (med to large) in making ad design. Both are very much like the shells for Shanghai People's Art Publishing Co (which is really a government owned company) to get business for advertisemnet money. Both are like ad agent that capable of handle over B US dollar ad money flow if Shanghai People's Art Publishing Co is behind them. And very much both has its sub-companies that handle a lot of profit, or has parent company handle those transactions, only left enough for this company to hold the license.
