Apollo false allegation fully debunked


Both Shanghai Apollo and Shanghai People's Art Publishing Co. are listed as subsidiaries of Shanghai Dangran Advertisement Co. Ltd (a.k.a Shanghai Certain Business Consulting Co., Ltd):

So, it's obvious Shanghai Dangran has the government license to be an ad agent. Apollo, being a subsidiary of Dangran, is able to utilize this license to do business with CCME. The false allegation of Apollo not able to be an agency for CCME is now fully debunked.
