ill vote 'no' and force him to come up with a different plan that "rewards" shareholders instead of him "using" us to attractive investors with bigger pockets. this isnt right and there is no reward for us!!!!!!

Sounds kinda like he either has something currently happening or will be very soon. At 5:50 he says "with a couple of those large deals coming into play and actually taking us over the hump and on a cash flow positive basis". Also, at 8:25 "Cord Blood America has a golden opportunity in front of it. An opportunity to get us over the hump to cash flow positive and profitable". The first quote can sound like it's in the works.....maybe Mexico? The second sounds like it's hinging on this RS. I still don't know how I feel about this but that sounds a little more hopefull. Any opinions on these 2 particular quotes? I know I'm kinda stating the obvious but "actually taking us" sounds present tense to me and "golden op. in front of it" sounds very close.

I want to believe there is some magic here. The volume was low on the clip and I was forced to watch his body language, sighs before the speech. indirect gaze and pauses. It was not a picture of confidence. Having said that, I hope you are right and I am wrong
