i agree with murdockkills on this one ... i'll be voting NO on the split...This is not the reward i was looking for...a buyback would have been a shareholder reward...Matt could have done this different.... Maybe a small R/S and a buyback combo... Thought Matt care more about the shareholders that back and believed in him.....

Voting no won't make a scrap of good. WE all know that this MASSIVE REVERSE SPLIT is going through regardless. There won't be enough voting power from the insignificant investor to make a difference. So, go ahead and "vote" no if it makes you feel better.

His video was pretty bad. He wasn't very confident using the words "we believe" all the time instead of "we know." Sounds to me like he's pretty desperate right now and the R/S is the only last ditch effort he has to keep money in his pocket and screw the long term share holder here.
