Good post LG. I would think that Susman does indeed have those type of connections. And I agree that if any misdeeds come to light, our Trustee and the DOJ would be on it like a bum on a bologna sandwich. Now were talking criminal charges, not simply an SEC fine.

Fair enough. Will be an interesting 2 weeks one way or the other,imho. I believe SS has a strategy that needs to unfold. This is far from over.
