WHAT CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT??? Not that I feel ANY confidentiality agreement would take precedence over the law of the land. IF is does, then WE'RE ALL IN DEEP DEEP TROUBLE!

I wish the he11 the EC never signed the Confidentiality Agreement that tied their hands in this case, they should have known they were getting themsleves in a pickle by being a part of the agreement.
