I agree Sly, this Judge does not want to be responsible for killing the new economy that is built on investments from Taxpayers through Hedge funds and Banks.

We are in very serious trouble here if we lose this appeal of the GSA, because Judge Walrath is just going along for the ride and is not a trailblazing judge. I wish we Collyer had never given the stay on DC...Pre-BK could come into play if the EC has the evidence, I am sure she will allow it if the EC uncovers it.. I wish the he11 the EC never signed the Confidentiality Agreement that tied their hands in this case, they should have known they were getting themsleves in a pickle by being a part of the agreement.

This is why TPS and Dime LTW attorneys were able to pretty much say whatever they wanted at the confirmation hearings and filings, because they did not sign the agreement and were not bound by its terms of disclosure.
