The Bloomberg figure is from the Sep SEC filing.

I'm trying to figure out what the K. N. D. deal has to do with any of this. Firstly, it says "sell", not "buy", or "trade". So I'm assuming they mean what they say and K.N.D. has said they can commit to dispose of 400 MT/month of oil and 600 MT/month of meal. That works out to 4,800 MT/year of oil and 7,200 MT/year of meal, and that's nice, but it's nowhere near the current capacity of the Regina Plant which is 54,750 MT/year of seed to produce 18,250 MT/year of oil, 32,900 MT/year of meal, and 3,600 MT of "other".

And I suspect the "other" isn't going to be easy to sell, or dispose.

But anyway, the JV makes Shenher responsible for acquiring 600MT/year of seed and disposing of 394,800MT/year of meal...7,200 is a long long way from 394,800.

I suppose his job will be made easier with Chongqing's deep pockets, but still...

... I can't help but visualize the poor guy buried in meal.

Well, from my notes I calculate at least 90,623,760 shares are restricted, 30,207,920 before the 3:1 split in December.

(And, by-the-way, stocks always trend down after a split. And if they're pumped it takes them even longer to recover.)

Prior to 29 Apr 10 there were 50,016,000 shares (now 150,048,000) authorized and outstanding. If or how many of those are restricted I have not a clue.

Anyway, that works out to at least 37.65% restricted. The bad news is that's a lot of paper that could be dumped on the market at any time, if it hasn't already.

94.76% of those shares belong, or belonged, to Troy Metz - 85.9M shares.

The long and the short of it (hahaha) is that I come up with about 90.6M shares that were and probably still are restricted, and 150.0M shares some of which may be restricted.

As I said, I came up with 594,000 more share issued than they noted on their SEC filings, but I figure it's more likely that I have a typo or error somewhere in my notes than that their figure is wrong.

Though worrisome, 594,000 shares is not a big deal in the scheme of things.
