Well, from my notes I calculate at least 90,623,760 shares are restricted, 30,207,920 before the 3:1 split in December.
(And, by-the-way, stocks always trend down after a split. And if they're pumped it takes them even longer to recover.)
Prior to 29 Apr 10 there were 50,016,000 shares (now 150,048,000) authorized and outstanding. If or how many of those are restricted I have not a clue.
Anyway, that works out to at least 37.65% restricted. The bad news is that's a lot of paper that could be dumped on the market at any time, if it hasn't already.
94.76% of those shares belong, or belonged, to Troy Metz - 85.9M shares.
The long and the short of it (hahaha) is that I come up with about 90.6M shares that were and probably still are restricted, and 150.0M shares some of which may be restricted.
As I said, I came up with 594,000 more share issued than they noted on their SEC filings, but I figure it's more likely that I have a typo or error somewhere in my notes than that their figure is wrong.
Though worrisome, 594,000 shares is not a big deal in the scheme of things.
