Personally I always thought this relationship between CPOW & Kunz was strictly to do with the locals - farmers that need feed and perhaps some biodiesel and eco-lubricants for their tractors. I don't believe (my opinion) he has much if anything to do with the CGG.
What has to be kept in mind is that while agreements with the Chinese company are in the works, this company still has to operate and pay its staff. I believe this is where Ken Kunz comes in - keeping orders coming in while CPOW management is able to push thru their longer term plans. At least this is what I am speculating, some many thousands of miles away from Regina.
