Agree. Options offer all the benefits of ownership with an easy way out.Just about anything can be agreed upon in an option contract. Both parties need to be happy with it to sign it and Rivers and NWTT seem to both be happy with it. Rivers get someting in return for NWTT finding Gold. No gold found, let option expire, Rivers then can option the property to someone else or sell it outright. while the option is in effect Rivers cannot sell the property or option same parcels out to a higher bidder. NWTT has full legal rights to property agreed upon in the options.

Excellent way to do it.
