Would it be possible to have someone to contact Mr Riives and tell him his company wants to "BUY" that property?
Then Mr Riives should say that this is not possible because another company (he doesn't have the right to tell which company) has already an OPTION on that same property.

Just wondering if this would satisfy FL.... It would definitely satisfy me if we have no other way to link an OPTION on that property to NWTT/Canada Corp?
