NWTT - going back to my Donald Trump example. Trump paid the monthly lease on the Lease Purchase Option for the land for thie casino in this city for years. After paying for years he didn't exercise his purchase option because the casino license was issue to another company. NWTT is doing the same thing but it is a better set up!!!!
