From a promotion just in the past week:

Please be advised that an affiliate of Titanstocks.com, Free Penny Alerts LLC, has entered into an agreement with Demyan Trading Inc which calls for payment of $500,000 cash to perform promotional and advertising services for a one week profile of Diamant Art Corp. (OTC:DIAAF)



I notice DIAAF was being pumped on a few of these promoter sites owned by FreePenny Alerts, LLC

Either OTC Solutions, LLC sold all these websites to FreePennyAlerts, LLC or the same people are involved and they just transferred everything over to a new business entity for some other reason

Exactly. But I'll bet we never hear from OTC Solutions LLC again. Its website is, however, still active:

I can't remember whether they ever used a disclaimer; I don't think so.

There's a general disclaimer as well. But on their "services" page, they don't offer contact info to companies or individuals wishing to buy a promotion, as OTC Solutions does...

It's probably more likely that they were sold since the locations are so far apart Maryland vs Delaware, of course this is the promoter word and location isn't all that relevant.

lol, they're only about an hour apart by car. It's all the D.C. metro area. And I suspect those addresses are only mail drops anyway.
