Thanks for the input..I do not believe in coincidence..nor would EADS buy, or even negotiate for a Division from Nokia that utilized an air interface that was not IP licensed, including a rate..ALL current IDCC 3G licenses include Tetra..even Danger and Option and the Asians who do not sell a single TETRA device has TETRA tech. included in their IDCC 3G contracts.

Data, I spoke with Hicks many times and IMO he was a good guy. Why he left IDCC I don't know but I'm glad to see he has found a place.
