mschere: As you say Nokia is licensed for TETRA. All the licenses that are available for review have some type of "Personal Agreement" clause which only allows a transfer at IDCC's discretion. I assume Nokia's is the same. I t will be interesting to see how this works out.
.I do not believe in coincidence..nor would EADS buy, or even negotiate for a Division from Nokia that utilized an air interface that was not IP licensed, including a rate.
