Shouldn't it be worded including third party costs and expenses??
And not plus third party costs and expenses?
So it 25K to CC plus whatever the third party charged pyct to secure this settlement...lol...that could be any amount cheaper then 4M...did they issue more paper for this debt?
Thats about all pyct has to pay debts...lol
since they not touching that 200k

Third party costs and expenses could be a percentage of the 4M..lol maybe 200K?

Better you call IR and get a better understanding of just how much is owed come Sept2011...



The agreement to settle was secured by a third party and allows for Paychest to fully address the settlement over time, for $25,000 plus third party costs and expenses. The third party has made an initial payment, with the final payment due by September 2011. When the final payment is made, Carter Care will release the judgment.
