they never would get the $4M because PYCT doesn't have it, nor has it proven that it has the potential to ever have it.

Yep. And if they had pushed PYCT in BK they would have gotten $0 (not even the $2500 down payment). Carter Care couldnt find any real assets or cash behind the PYCT scam. Something is better than nothing from CC perspective.
