fssh, the one thing that sticks in my head from the last hearing is Califino for the FDIC saying, it's not about the money here, its about getting this resolved. i just wonder if they will be on board with the current GSA? I can't believe the greedy fdic would give up there portion of IRS dollars, but after hearing that in court, its something to put on the back burner. i know there portion isn't as big in the current gsa as the hedge's and jpig, but it would be a start. i think if the FDIC caves, it's going to make it easier for us fighting the other crooks involved. imo
