Objections to EC Direct Appeal to the Third Circuit are due by EOD tomorrow. EC is doing what a firm of their calibur is supposed to do..

Did you not notice the filing of the 2004 and 2004-1 Discovery Motion and Direct Appeal to Third Circuit in the last two weeks..

Hey let me ask you a question..

Would you tell your adversary what move you were going to make in Chess (well in advance of their move)? No and you can not expect the EC to be a PR Machine, it is not going to happen and rightly so.. So Patience is warranted or you will have to come to grips with selling and moving on, because this case is going to take quite awhile before you see something concrete.

Untl Jamie Dimon gets off his "I saved the world" kick, we will need to keep applying the pressure and slowly twist that arm behind his back. FDIC just wants to be released and get those Senior Bank Bondholders off their backs. Other than that, it is up to JPM to use their influence on the Hedgies or put enough in the pot to cram them down and get on with an equity laden WMMRC.

Or, EC starts pushing litigation once the GSA is officially nulla nd void. Rosen will try his wrap, but to get it even consideredby JMW, he is going to have to get the parties to the GSA to say we are still on board..We accept the courts findings on the Releases and NOL's and have made appropriate adjustments.

Susman knows how this game is played !!!

TELL ME WHAT YOU SEE IN THE TREES ???
