They have filed all their statements have they not? And always in a timely manner. Ipayu could still launch by the 31st. Even if it doesn't who cares as long as its launched shortly thereafter? They have shown progress on the launch (visit the website). I dare you to post 95% positively for the next week. You won't because you are a whiner.imo

Apparently you did no research on this topic. Original merger candidate turned out to be a lemon and this deal was put together in the last 4 or 5 months before it was finally announced. Anyone following for an extended timeframe knows that this is going to take some time to develop. While its frustrating that the company continues to fail to follow through on promises im not sure why anyone is expecting this to pop any day now. Personally Ive set this to take a couple of years to come to fruition. Anyone watching so closely day to day is only looking for a quick flip (which there is nothing wrong with that), but if youre someone who is waiting for the larger developments its not going to happen overnight.
