You have to be kidding...
That is all this company has done for years is make claims and deadlines.
Apparently a merger isn't a big claim, went on for years.
RTGV defines the term failure to launch, failed timelines.
So the current stamped item..Ipayu must not a big claim either I guess, this one has been stamped a couple times now, due for another I expect.

$50 million...pfft, laughable for them to even state such a thing with their consistent history of missed deadlines, that Is one thing they are Really Good At!!
Rather like your kid who's been bringing home F's on his report card for years claiming he's going to get A's next year...lol.
