you read up on PIPEs from any Google lead you may find. That will explain the mechanics of the issuance process.
A PIPE issue is always done at a discount to the market price at the time. The reason a few posters have suggested higher prices is because that is where they think it would be likely that SKS and Feeney would pull the trigger on another PIPE, should the share price opportunity present itself in the future. Their price points are all conjecture and the current level does not play into their thoughts.
I suggest not taking things too literally aroung here as much is written with ironic nuances that translate poorly when read with a literal mind.
ExPat, Back in the spring of 2000, there was a PP in the mid $30's when WAVX was trading mid 20's. I don't remember the exact numbers but it was big bucks. $122M if I recall. This is off the top of my head, it's been awhile since I researched all this.
