A PIPE issue is always done at a discount to the market price at the time. The reason a few posters have suggested higher prices is because that is where they think it would be likely that SKS and Feeney would pull the trigger on another PIPE, should the share price opportunity present itself in the future. Their price points are all conjecture and the current level does not play into their thoughts.
I suggest not taking things too literally aroung here as much is written with ironic nuances that translate poorly when read with a literal mind.
