Google had the money to buy YouTube without borrowing a dime. And they have many billions to spare.

YouTube has no value by definition, as you yourself pointed out, i.e. they do NOT make a profit. So where is the value, that's arguable at best...It's an advertising vehicle that cost them 1.65 Billion.

Revenue potential? Look at what I said previously. Do you think they are going to consistently have 777,777 paying customers @ $15 each every month?
