You did not list what arguably is the most important componet in valuation, i.e. REVENUE POTENTIAL.

To this day youtube is not generating a profit, yet one would not argue it's value addition to google.
So to state that the current income less current expenses is the only factor in determining revenue is not valid.

FUTURE REVENUE POTENTIAL.
Viral aspect of the business plan/model of ENTI positions it nicely to meet the $140million +.

Google paid $1.65 BILLION in 2006 for youtube when it was generating little revenue..........why?
Because of it's future potential.
