The source of Google payment has NOTHING to do with ENTI's valuation.
For you to argue against some of the biggest names in online business that google doesn't know what they are doing with their investment in youtube, well, defies logic.

And yes, absolutely, without question, MMX will have more than 1 million paying customers monthly.

FYI, that would put their valuation in the billions of dollars. Yes, that is with a capital "B"
