I do too, gimme $12+ or give me a JURY of 12...

I would prefer the latter...

Exactly... the end game in mind. We will see you in trial and you will have nothing left but we will have everything left to play.

Agreed - that is an excellent strategy - if one wants to play a long-term game.

They just used enough information to give the WMI/FDIC/JPM guys enough rope with which to hang themselves as regards the existing POR.

With that out of the way - the real endgame can be played.

The the only thing to wonder (to mix chess anologies with poker anologies) - is what hold cards (if any) are S&G holding? Or are they bluffing?

We'll find out soon enough.

Jest

I have been mentionng this possibilitty for quite a while now. SS has bigger fish to fry here. The conclusion of the BK proceedings is only step one. The DC action against the FDIC is the prize. Follow the money. The BK proceedings are too convoluted at the present time to adequately assess the valuation of the estate, imho. The FDIC can be sued and litigated in the DC action and valuation can be established based on PJS numbers that are waiting in the wings. AIMHO..
