I am sorry if you think that my post was directed to You..I read your post and only found 1 actual quote from J.P. which I at the time felt was credible..and certainly not any new news..Janet said that they are 'largely done' with the Nokia arbitration. She said that things could change 'if Nokia came knocking on the door,' but that has not happened yet.
Again I am sorry ..but I did not have your post in mind ..Your "opinion" or "impression" was your priviledge to state..

To All: Just received a call from Janet Point. I had e-mailed her about the delay in setting the date for the ASM.
She said that the delay in setting the date for the ASM was due to the delay in getting out the 10-K, but that she anticipated the ASM would be scheduled for early June as it has been in years past.
I asked if the Nokia arbitration deadline was having any impact on the setting of the ASM date.
She said that, [in 2003], when the Ericsson trial was happening, they were concerned about the timing of the ASM at that time because they thought that they would be extremely busy during the time of the ASM.
However, that is not the case this year. Janet said that they are 'largely done' with the Nokia arbitration. She said that things could change 'if Nokia came knocking on the door,' but that has not happened yet.
Based on our conversation, my impression is that there are currently no ongoing negotiations with Nokia, which probably means no current discussions about at rate for 3G.
Should be an interesting meeting in June.
