You think there is any point at which ECMH will decide they should maybe START to think about it, and MAYBE stop converting shares... ???
What point would that be, exactly ? Just a few more rinse and repeat cycles through reverse spits, while they continue to think about it ???
Why have they not done so already, and why do they continue converting as many shares as NIR wants them to, now, even given it is obviously impossible to escape at least the "suspicion" that it is likely that not everything is on the up and up ?
