Do you feel either would not be important to ecmh? NIR will fall at some point. Litigation will come from those who invested in NIR not the funded companies. Depending on note language contained in the various funded company's notes those companies will likely stop converting shares per an NIR breach. All very important to everyone but you it seems. I am interested in your #1 claim. How would the fall of NIR be near proof of a scam? what is "near proof"? NIR would likely have played any games possible with those who'd play. More will come on that. I suspect if those games do violate terms that companies like ecmh will declair a breach. TYhat will throw the ball into some trutees court. I'm sure ecmh will say "you breached and if you can show where we were complicit provide your proof". I actually believe ecmh could nail the coffin shut.
