So you are saying a 98.3 to 1.7% is a good split for shareholders? Most mergers, shareholders end up with 5-20% of combined companies. A great deal they get 30%+ of new company.....I'm just shocked someone who has been around as long as you would say that getting less than 2% seems like a good deal. Were you being serious or joking with me?

For now, I am not worried about the near future. Of course I know very little about these kind of deals. But I will hold, knowing that a load of money can be made here in the next 2 months "if the R/S happens then" and if I am still around then??? I have another 4 months before I have to think about the old crew. That is a hell of allot of time in pennyland.
