Currently Shareholders own close to 100% of the Co...Only hold-out is former Co official Sperber w/60K Preferred which he can convert to 600K common and sell...Otherwise remaining issued 15,940,000 Preferred have been re-issued to Co insiders, affiliates or control persons who cannot convert/sell any shares into the open market for a minimum of 12mo...or 6mo if/when the Co becomes fully reporting...
