So you are saying a 98.3 to 1.7% is a good split for shareholders? Most mergers, shareholders end up with 5-20% of combined companies. A great deal they get 30%+ of new company.....I'm just shocked someone who has been around as long as you would say that getting less than 2% seems like a good deal. Were you being serious or joking with me?
