Fully diluted, yes. But RIGHT NOW...shareholders have 100% of the float and the OS. There can't be any dilution w/o first raising the AS which the OS is maxed out against.

Raising the AS shouldn't really even be a consideration or an option.

Current float/OS market cap is $810,000. Plenty left to run into.
Profitable with sales of ~$1.8M. High growth stock. Company could easily support a market cap of $4-5 million, maybe higher, in my opinion. For starters.

That's a potential 4-5 bagger from here...

Rainmaker -

Original issue date of Preferred doesn't matter...When re-issued to OPH officials...the Preferred should carry a minimum 1yr restriction...and then usually a percentage to Outstanding conversion limitation...

They carry a minimum 1yr restriction and/or when the Co becomes fully reporting...restriction is cut to 6mo...Plus Co officials must file before pending sale...
