Without counting the shares Organic Plant got for the merger in those preferred shares you are just a shell and can't really count those revenue numbers. Either you value yourself as an empty shell with the current shares or you go Fully diluted after the R/S and merger with you guys left with 1.5% of total company on fully diluted post merger basis. What you just did giving yourself all the good things after the merger but using the shares o/s before the merger.
