I was only talking about what percentage AMSZ shareholders ended up with not how quickly they could sell them. 2.9 million shares for you guys after r/s, 159 million shares for them. That's 98.3% for them, 1.7% for you guys. All I'm talking about.

Capstar, holding period of restricted shares by previous owner can be applied {subtracted from} holding period of new owner...of said shares. Pretty sure of that...
