"SEC has suspended, removed, and handed out orders to the DOJ to bring people to justice usually in a months time frame."
I'm not sure that I know what you mean by removed, but they don't hand out orders to the DOJ. They occasionally enter a complaint in the US District Court and seek an asset freeze within a month as they have in the AEHI case, when there ARE ASSETS and when they are concerned that they might disappear.

"And they have done it to 4 or 5 since November."
Done what? I didn't see where the DOJ was involved in any of them (yet).
Here's the list of suspensions to choose from.

Let me know if I missed something.

SEC has suspended, removed, and handed out orders to the DOJ to bring people to justice usually in a months time frame.

that is absolutely false. besides the obvious fact that the more charges and related parties there, especially outside the US, are the more time an investigation takes. last years biggest scam, which many here followed closely, took exactly 7 months from the day of suspension to the day the DOJ and FBI raided HQ and made the first arrests.

7 months from November is June, 5 months from now, and that would just be for the arrests. actual conviction in a court of law can take another year plus. i don't believe the EIGH investigation will take quite that long but another few months wouldn't be surprising.

Really? And when has that happened? I'm sure you can offer some examples.
