I'm not sure that I know what you mean by removed, but they don't hand out orders to the DOJ. They occasionally enter a complaint in the US District Court and seek an asset freeze within a month as they have in the AEHI case, when there ARE ASSETS and when they are concerned that they might disappear.
"And they have done it to 4 or 5 since November."
Done what? I didn't see where the DOJ was involved in any of them (yet).
