Notice how quickly the SEC completely shut them down and started handing out orders to the DOJ to arrest all parties involved.

SEC has suspended, removed, and handed out orders to the DOJ to bring people to justice usually in a months time frame. And they have done it to 4 or 5 since November. Why has that not been the case with EIGH or Monk?
