you got it, all those short sales you were hammering about were really shares sold by the investment firm Bederra issued shares to and offered a legal opinion letter taking off the restriction tag. That makes BEDA guilty of being involved in the sale of unregistered securities since BEDA is the one that is responsible for the opinion letter.
