Some non-supporters.Should read what is posted. And try to get a better understanding of what they are reading. This is what the (SEC) is saying...(BEDA)

The SEC also charged Gendarme’s lawyer Cassandra Armento of Greenwich, N.Y., with violating securities laws for issuing legal opinions supporting Gendarme’s practices. She allegedly told stock transfer agents that Gendarme did not intend to sell the stock, which allowed Gendarme to buy shares without trading restrictions.

So what your saying is

if you sell a car to someone

then they sell it to someone else

get into an accident

You are responsible for damages.

Show me proof of this agreement. It's not in any of their filings that I can see.

Once again speculation of BEDA's wrongdoing with no proof. Lots of finger pointing but still no concrete anything.
SEC looks to be interested not in BEDA management but the trading of its stock. It has now zero'd in with a complaint against a share dumping scheme involving not just BEDA but 11 other companies as victims. Was management of those 11 companies brought to SEC justice as you suggest BEDA will?
It hardly seems plausible at this time.
After this weeks PR identifying a strategy to right the ship, I would say BEDA is charging ahead.
God-willing the DTCC will determine BEDA has met obligations and will once again trade. If not I am sure the company will find a way to move forward.
