Question..While neither Party can appeal the applied Law in the ICC Award..since the amount involved in the 2G matter involves from $20 Million -$400 Million, and covers several hundred Nokia devices including Infrastructure, Handsets, modems, etc..over a range of 2G GSM/Gprs/Edge/DECT/Tetra/ components..and any Dual mode 2G/3G components must be backed out from any financial computation(since 3G license rates are still to be decided at a future Arbitration Phase)...Will either Party have the right to Appeal improper mathematical computation utilized in establishing the total Financial Number utilized in the Final Award Decision, or have the Parties forensic Accountants already furnished those covered Licensed 2G component numbers to the Panel prior to the interim Draft of the Award? TIA
