mshere, any thing is possible, but I would think both sides gave their shot at the liabilites then on top of that the arbs used their own forensic accts...remember the arbs leave no stone unturned in their investigations..

Question. Would the Arbitration Panel perform an audit of Nokia's royalty obligations if they rule in IDCC's favor?

I would think the panel was given numbers of sales by Nokia but in most license agreements, an audit of financials is included to ensure the licensee includes all sales.

Could such an audit be a factor in the time frame of the arbitration?
